CLAIMING YOUR LBC REMITTANCE

Here are the wait times for our different remittance services:
- Instant Peso Padala Just a few minutes! The money is on its way once payment is made and you have the Tracking Number to SMS to the receiver
- Remit to Account The money will be reflected in your account after your bank processes the transaction. This usually takes one banking day.
- PesoPak Door to Door Your money will be delivered the next day.
- Instant Peso Padala Online In just a few minutes to a day. If you made your transaction after LBC branch operating hours, the payment may be claimed the next day.
- Instant Peso Padala International On the same day or the next day, depending on whether your payment is sent within LBC branch operating hours in the recipient s country.
You can easily track your remittance online using LBC s Trace and Track system. Simply enter the tracking number given to you by the sender into the LBC website and it will tell you the status of the remittance.
HOW TO GET REMITTANCE FROM LBC
LBC will send you an alert via email and SMS to inform you that your remittance is now ready for pickup at our LBC branch.
Once you receive the alert, just head to the designated LBC branch with the following:
- One (1) valid ID that bear the exact same name as what was indicated by you/your sender when they sent the money. Only one ID will be needed but we recommend bringing a second as a backup in case there are any issues with the first
- Your Tracking Number
- The sender’s name
- The exact amount you are expecting to receive
Here is the list of valid IDs we accept when claiming money at LBC:
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- Foreign Passport (written in English) for non Philippine Residents
- Professional Regulatory Commission ID (PRC)
- NBI Clearance
- New Postal ID (PVC card)
- GSIS ecard
- SSS Card
- UMID ID
- Senior Citizen Card
- Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) / Philippine Identification Card (PhilID) and its digital version ePhiID or the printed ePhil ID
- ID Issued by Government (GOCC):
- HDMF (Pag-IBIG ID)
- PhilHealth
- AFP ID
- AFP Dependent ID
- Firearm License
- OFW ID
- OWWA ID
- Seaman Book & Seafarer s Registration Certificate
Step 1. Once you get to LBC, ask for the Encashment Form. Provide the necessary information indicated in the form.
Step 2. Submit the accomplished Encashment Form to the LBC Associate along with your 2 valid IDs.
Step 3. Wait for your name to be called, this will only take a few minutes. You will be handed a slip indicating that you have received the money. Remember to carefully count your money before signing the slip.
Our remittance services do not have cut off times meaning you can send or receive money at any of our LBC branches or remittance partners as long as you do so within their operating hours!
Please note that if the money sent is not claimed after thirty (30) days, an administrative fee of Php50.00 or two (2%) percent of the amount, whichever is higher, will be assessed and deducted every month.
Authorization Letter for Remittance Claim
If you cannot claim your money, you can send someone else in your behalf to claim it for you. All they have to do is present an authorization letter to claim the money at any of our LBC branches nationwide.
The authorization letter must contain relevant information and details, including how the remittance recipient and the letter bearer are related to each other. It must also include the date of authorization and the duration.
Please remember that the person claiming in your behalf must also bring 2 valid IDs as well as the transaction number to claim your money.
