Job description Job Summary: -The Accounts Management Coordinator monitors the delivery status of shipments from assigned ECOM account. Responsible also in monitoring of deposit collections and remittance for assigned ECOM account’s transactions. Duties and Responsibilities: General Functions Operations -Capture all transactions of assigned ECOM accounts daily -Attends to inquiries relative to assigned ECOM accounts -Monitors and updates delivery status of assigned ECOM accounts’ transactions -Monitors collection deposits for assigned ECOM accounts’ transactions -Monitors remittance of collections to assigned ECOM client’s bank account -Serves as back-up to other ECOM accounts in absence of main account handler -Prepares PowerPoint presentation needed for ECOM client’s business review -Sends status and remittance report to assigned ECOM clients daily -Submits previous month delivered ECOM data and acceptance ECOM data -Prepares and sends other report that is required by the management and immediate head -Responsible for asking approval from immediate head for leaves, training, client’s meeting and any use of official time -Responsible for complying with ISO standards for Quality Workplace and Records Management -Provides suggestions on systems and process improvements Job Specifications: Education -College Level -Working Experience -With at least 5 months experience in related field Skills -Proficient in MS Windows Programs -Keen in monitoring and validation -With reporting skills Job Type: Full-time
