When will my package arrive?
We deliver your packages as fast as possible. Here is how long it takes to ship packages:
- Within NCR – 1 day
- Within the same island groups – 1-2 days
- To different island groups – 5 to 7 days
- To/from Batanes or Coron – 5 to 9 days
Can the recipient track the package?
Yes! Both sender and recipient can track the package in our Tracking page. Just make sure you have the tracking number.
How do I know if my package has been shipped?
You can see the status of your package in our Tracking page. You’ll see an update when your package has been transferred for moving.
Can LBC Express keep me updated on the status of your package?
Of course! LBC Express will notify you and the recipient via email and SMS of the status of your package.
You could also receive updates via FB Messenger. Simply tick the box next to “Send to Messenger” in our Tracking page.
Where can I find the tracking number?
You can find the tracking number in the upper part of your receipt.
I chose Rider Pick Up. Will LBC notify me when the package will be picked up from my address?
For Rider Pick Up, our LBC Rider will notify you when they’re scheduled to drop by your address to pick up your package.
My package is late, what should I do?
Oh no! We’re sorry about that.
We’ll continue to update your package’s status in our system, so you can keep track of its progress in our Tracking page.
Your system says my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it. Help!
